Nongnooch Garden Pattaya Upholds Thai Traditions with Grand Candle Procession Featuring Elephants

Nongnooch Garden Pattaya, led by President Kampon Tansacha, is set to organize an extraordinarily grand candle procession event named "Phuttha Siam Ngam Withi" from July 20 to 22, 2024. The procession will feature 70 performers and 40 elephants.

Both Thai and international tourists will have the chance to experience the vibrant and awe-inspiring candle procession. The event will also include music performances, contemporary Thai dance shows, and entertaining displays by the garden's intelligent elephants, all taking place in front of the Viwat restaurant to add to the enjoyment.

Nongnooch Garden Pattaya consistently organizes activities related to Buddhism annually. Last week, a ceremony was held to cast candles for nine temples, symbolizing nine candles, to be presented to nearby temples as a Buddhist offering. All Buddhists are invited to participate in merit-making during this important Buddhist holiday.
